设备工程师 -常州
备注：PLC，有一定自动化设备设计改造能力，英语可基本工作语言。

主要职责Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? 参与新项目的设备开发，并负责与供应商合作完成非标设备的设计，制作，安装等；
? 参与自动化设备平台建立，推进工厂自动化的长期策略；
? 负责公司范围内机器设备的保养及维修，与相关部门配合，推进TPM；
? 进行设备优化，改善不合理点，减少故障率，持续改善，提高设备效率。
任职资格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
? 大学本科及以上（本科4年以上或硕士2年以上或博士）；
? 机电一体化、或自动控制、机械专业 (prefer)；
? 机械和自动控制设计（Must）或设备维护经验(Plus)；
? 具备基本的项目管理能力和一定的项目管理经验(Must)；
? 具备良好的沟通能力，和较强的团队合作能力(Must)；
? 有较强的服务意识和奉献精神，能随时为运营部门提供设备维护服务(Must)；
? 良好的英文能力，能和国外工程师进行技术交流(Must)；

职位1、Mechanical Engineer（商业衡器）常州
备注：新产品开发，结构设计经验，熟悉塑料、金属、压铸件、模具等经验，熟悉加工艺和表面处理更优。Pro/E ,AutoCAD，UG，3D/2D等软件；英语要熟练。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for and involved in the development of new products and maintenance of existing products for global market. Cooperate with global team to develop NPD/NPI projects.
2. Develop accurate bills of materials, responsible for maintenance of product BOM in SAP.
3. Develop, maintain and amend engineering design drawings using 2D and 3D software packages.
4. Responsible for carrying out risk assessments and advising safe methods of work.
5. Participate in and recommend continuous improvement activities.
6. Liaise with other departments to efficiently and effectively resolve problems.
7. Provide technical assistance to Company Marketing Teams and internal departments.
8.Contribute to new product design, reducing costs and lead times by investigating and implementing new design techniques and manufacturing processes.
9. Investigate customer quality concerns ensuring that timely and effective corrective measures are implemented.
10. Ensure safety, health and environment is inherent in all projects.
11. Other task assigned by supervisor or department.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above on Mechanical Engineering or relevant major.
2. Above 3 years experience in product development , mechanical structure design . Experience on project management is a plus.
3. Familiar with the tooling of diecasting, plastic , sheet metal etc . Good knowledge of machining process and paint coating. Capable to make motion mechanism design is a plus.
4. Skillful in Creo, Pro/E ,AutoCAD Inventor etc 3D/2D software, fluent application on product design.
5. Fluent English on both spreaking and writing is a must .
6. Good communication skill, ability of work under pressure. Great teamwork spirit , cooperate well with cross-function party.
7. Must be proactive with great initiative on task, pursuiting application of new technique on design.
8. Familiar with factory operation environment, understanding SAP is a plus.
职位2、 Mechanical Engineer （粉液体包装秤）常州
备注：要求粉液体包装设备产品机械设计经验，英语可基本工作语言。
主要职责Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? NPI management in compliance with PLM (60-70% )
- NPI design and define according to inputs ;
- Well control project’s resources, for e.g. cost, timeline and milestone;
- Key technique solutions and risks management;
- Project milestone review and report regularly;
- PI launch based on good cooperation with technical marketing, operation line, QA and SCM 
- Engage as team member in other product development projects;
? MOL from R&D side (10-20%);
- Optimize process and increase efficiency after NPI.
- Continuous improve the quality and cost of live products
- Maintain ETO projects
? Study project (10-20%)
- Evaluate new techniques and processes 
- Build up or support to build up technique platform of SSBU in the area


职位3、Mechanical Engineer（移液器 吸头）常州
备注：注塑，塑料产品机械设计或模具设计，英语日常工作语言，外资公司文化背景。Pro-E或ANSYS软件
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
NPI management in compliance with PLM (40-50% )
NPI design and define according to inputs
Well control project’s resources, for e.g. cost, timeline and milestone
Key technique solutions and risks management
Project milestone review and report regularly
NPI launch based on good cooperation with technical marketing, operation line
Engage as team member in other product development projects
R&D side (30-40%)
Optimize process and increase efficiency
Continuously improve the quality and cost of live products
Maintain and support the international transfer projects
Study project (10-20%)
Evaluate new techniques and processes
Build up or support to build up technique platform of RAININ for the local Market requirements


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor or above, Mechanics or Mold manufacturing background (MUST)
At least 5-years' working experience (PLUS)
R&D project management experience and good project management skills (MUST)
Foreign company working background (PLUS)
Team leader experience is preferred (PLUS)
Good skills in Pro-E or Ansys (MUST)
Excellent English (PLUS)
