概述：该职位负责机械产品的生产工艺（焊接、表面处理等）、人员培训、项目管理等工作，要求候选人懂焊接和表面处理，有完整的生产项目管理经验，英语口语可做工作交流。

Manufacturing Engineer

主要职责
？ 生产能力的设计及改进，包括厂房、设备、工具、人员的添置计划和物料的流程；（5%）
？ 负责作业指导书、工艺文件、材料及人工定额的编制和更新，配合工程人员完成有关部门文件，并监督实施；(20%)
？ 积极参与部门的质量改进活动，配合制造主管/经理、质量工程师进行质量信息的收集、统计、分析，并采取相应纠正及预防措施；（20%）
？ 参与产品开发和产品设计更改的执行；(20%)
？ 对生产效率负责，不断提高生产能力和效率以及编制各类设备、工具、工装、量具的需求计划并处于正常运行状态。（25%）
？ 负责生产线员工的技能培训、考核等计划的落实并实施。（10%）

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

？ To plan and improve the productivity, including workshop、facility、instrument、human resource, and material flow; (5%)
？ Responsible for making and updating operation instruction、process file、materials、human resource planning, coordinating other engineer to complete the documents related to department;
？ Active participation in department's quality improvement and work together with ME supervisor/manager、QA Engineer to collect、sum up and analyze the quality information, as well as carry out the corrective and preventive measures;
？ Supporting the introduction of new products and execution of production design change;
？ Responsible for production efficiency, continually improve productivity and efficiency as well as compile demanding plan of all kinds of instrument、tools and guarantee them run well.


任职资格
？ 本科以上学历，机械、IE类相关专业；
？ 三年以上机械制造类企业制造工程师、精益工程师相关工作经验，有新产品导入相关经验者优先；
？ 具备Lean、6Sigma、8D、SPC等管理专业知识及工具，熟练使用办公软件如Pro/E、UG、CAD等；
？ 良好的组织能力、自发意识、团队合作、沟通能力以及项目管理能力；

？ 个性开朗、勇于承担责任，能抗压；
？ 英语听说写熟练。

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

？ Bachelor and above in mechanical or IE related major;
？ Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry、Lean Engineering. Experience related to new product inputing is preferred;
？ Knowledge of Lean、6Sigma、8D、SPC，etc. Good skills on MS Office, Auto CAD and other design software;
？ Good teamwork and communication skills, program management knowledge;
？ Be Cheerful and prepared to take responsibilities;
？ Good English Skill;
