Responsibilities
具体职责
1 Responsible for daily activity of Production Department. (Protein ), to deal with any surprise in the workshop.
负责Protein车间日常生产活动, 及时处理和反馈质量、工艺、人员、安全等异常和违规情况。
2 Monitor and improve production efficiency and production schedule. Ensure meet customer expectations and delivery without complains.
执行和监督生产计划和生产效率，按质按量完成生产任务。
3 Responsible for department organization establishment, drawing out annual personnel plan, and determine qualifications of personnel needed, work procedures and tasks.
根据生产任务和生产工艺的需要，制定相应的人员需求计划。
4 Implement best practice and good Lean/5S system to the shop floor.
推进和执行精益生产和5S，提高部门整体素质
5 Instruct, supervise and check working of subordinate staff, hold employ, training, adjustment and evaluation for the department employees.

Qualifications
任职资格
1 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related.
机械相关专业本科及同等学历以上。
2 Over 5 years work experiences in sheet-metal production, at least 3 years Supervisor experiences.
5年以上生产相关工作经验，至少3年主管经验。
3 Strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure, good team leadership and executive.
富有责任心，能承受工作压力，优秀的团队领导力和执行者。
4 Good team work and focus on customer; Good management idea, quality awareness and cost control ability.
具有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，良好的管理理念、质量意识和成本控制能力。
5 Experienced with lean manufacture, EHS & 5S.
熟悉精益生产、EHS和5S概念和实施办法。
6 Good spoken English.
英语口语良好。
7 Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially for Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
熟练使用微软办公软件，尤其是Excel, Word, PowerPoint。
