职位描述
Job Purpose:
1 Lead AP & Treasury team to deliver functional service ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement, defined performance standards and individual/group targets;
2 Manage and develop team members to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Recruit, train, motivate and retain team members, ensuring skills and resources are developed to meet the needs of the business;
2 Effectively manage AP & Treasury daily operation, verify functional reports to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery;
3 Supervise the activities performed by team members to ensure effectively problem solving;
4 Analyze team’s KPI and weak areas to find out solutions on productivity improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement;
5 Lead team to strictly implement internal control system defined by group;
6 Liaise with delegation treasury team and banks/SAFE to monitor changes in SAFE regulations and timely advise business impact to ensure strong treasury compliance within SSC;
7 Actively participant in internal and external audits and verify the accuracy of information provided by team members;
8 Closely cooperate with other SSC teams to make whole SSC process smooth;
9 Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

1 Actively contribute to continuous improvement on process standardization optimization and internal control level to improve customer service quality;
2 Continuously improve team and personal professional skills and core competencies to meet company development requirements.

Qualification Requirements:
1 Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA is a plus;
2 8+ years finance experience with 3+ years relevant management experience in MNC;
3 Proficient in SAFE regulations and accounting standards;
4 Be familiar with SAP/QAD module;
5 Proficient in Office software;
6 Good communication and English skill.

6 保持与代表处资金团队、银行和外管局的沟通,及时掌握外汇法规的变更并给予相关建议,以确保财务共享中心的资金操作合规性;
7 积极参与内部及外部审计,检查团队提供的信息的准确性;
8 和财务共享中心其他团队紧密合作,确保财务共享中心整体业务处理顺畅;
9 完成分配的其他任务或项目。

1 积极组织财务共享中心的工作流程持续优化和内部控制持续加强,以提高客户服务质量;
2 不断提高团队和个人专业技能及主要能力素质,以符合公司发展要求。

3 高效地解决问题。
任职要求
1 学士学位及以上,会计或财务专业;具专业会计师资格证书者优先考虑;
2 8年以上财务工作经验,其中3年以上跨国公司相关管理经验;
3 精通外汇法规和会计准则;
4 熟悉SAP/QAD系统;
5 熟练使用办公软件;
6 良好的沟通技能和英语技能。
