Main Tasks

Organization of the headquarters of the implementation regulations, instructions and target stores, formulate corresponding detailed rules for the implementation of the stores and supervise the implementation

Make shop annual business plans, control completed progress and operation business plan and promote condition, puts forward the corresponding management improvement measures

Recommended shops location and report

Audit plan and control of investment promotion store investment progress and implementation

Audit work plan, control store project its implementation

Audit store sales and margin plan, commodity completed progress and control sales conditions

Review Store's planning activities and programmes

Review Store's annual financial plan and financial forecasting, control the store expenses.

Supervising about the store's daily operations, propose and provide advanced management improvement measures.

Provide advices for recruit and removal the staff for the key store positions.

Job Requirements:

Education Background:

-College degree or above; Male or female; Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Europe and America and other foreign nationals may be;

-Mainland people age 45 one full year of life, within; Foreign nationality personage age can relax appropriately.

Work Experiences:

-Above 5 years high-end department stores or commercial plaza luxury investment, operation management professional experience, including nearly three years in 5 square meters above scale, high-grade luxury shops for general manager experience;

-Proficient in high-grade luxury investment promotion and operation of the cooperation pattern, also have rich high-grade luxury brand resources;

-Good image quality, communication and expression, excellent negotiation skills;
