Main Responsibility:
Responsible for IT Data Center service setup and operation. Will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure technology strategies, managing staff, implementing datacentre Env. for application, meeting IT infrastructure governance requirements and. BRM support needs
? Responsible for setup Datacentre strategies by implementing high availability, disaster recovery back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
? To support manufactory launch, perform datacentre project to establish datacentre service from Greenfield
? Support commercial process of datacentre projects, leading bidding progress and technology evaluation and etc.
? Verifies application Architecture and requirement, Lead infrastructure provision project to support application setup.
? Responsible for standardization of technology and operation process in the team.
? Responsible for day to day operations, maintenance, upgrades and uptime for all datacentre components and application hosted in the data center.
? Act process manager role to setup and deploy ITSM process in Infrastructure team.
? Provides excellent level of support for both IT BRM and other users
? Improves Datacenter staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by completing all required corporate IT training.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 8 years working experience in Datacenter or other infrastructure sector, 5 years project experience
2. Able to demonstrate multi-task ability. Solid skill on project management. PMP certificate is preferred.
2. Strong technology skill on Datacenter, as midrange, server, operation system, network, Infrastructure basic service, visualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and facility
3. Solid ISTM Process know-how, practice experience
4. Experience in enterprise scale infrastructure and data center architecture
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
