本职位工作地点在徐州。
Skill/Effort Requirements
Sound knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations and production management.
Strong background in mechanical engineering.
Fluent in the English language, in order to converse with Canadian facilities.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the company and its products/services.
Computer literate.
Knowledge in all aspects of materials and product control concepts.
Knowledge of sales, marketing and accounting principles with budgeting knowledge.
Leadership, motivational, organizational, communication, interpersonal and labour relations skills.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks concurrently under pressure.
Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
Sound judgement/innovation and problem solving skills.
Act, and represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
Active management style, spending the majority of your work day on the production floor.
Background in quality, lean manufacturing, and 5S method an asset.

Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and co-ordinate the manufacturing activities/operations.
Ensure that productivity targets are met.
Provide expertise and assistance to the Production, Engineering, and Quality staff.
Manage and co-ordinate all materials activities and production control.
Initiate, implement and monitor continuous improvement activities.
Oversee adherence to the Environmental, Health and Safety policies/procedures in the manufacturing operations;
ensure that plant staff are operating in the safest manner possible.

Limited Travel.
