Responsibilities:

主要职责：

1) Coordinate activities between headquarter emulsion R&D, local production and alumina sales;

协调总部乳液研发部门，国内生产部门和氧化铝领域销售部门的工作；

2)Maintain/develop technical expertise through formula and process optimization;

通过配方和工艺的改进保持和改进氧化铝乳液的专业知识；

3)Emulsion analysis according to the internal procedures;

根据内部程序对乳液进行分析；

4)Carry out performance test in the customers’ field, business trip represent 50% of work hours；

在客户现场进行性能测试，出差占大约50%的工作时间；

5)Gather the intelligence of competitors;

收集竞争对手的技术信息；

6)Effectively communicate results and recommendations to management and external customers.

将结果和建议有效地与管理层和客户沟通。

Requirements:

要求：

1)Male of age from 25 to 35;

男性，年龄25至35岁；

2)MS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, or a related area;

化学，化工，高分子科学或其他相关专业的硕士学位；

3)Solid technical background and expertise in emulsion polymerization;

拥有在乳液聚合方面的技术背景和专业知识；

4)Excellent oral and written communication skills in English，French is not compulsory but could be a great advantage;

流利的英语说写能力，法语不是必须，但会是一个很大的优势；

5)Good decision maker and problem solver;

善于做决定和解决问题；

6)High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
