职位描述
1. JOB SUMMARY
? Conduct plastic material and process consulting /design during ESI and NPI.
? Problem solving for plastic processes.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work close with Site Engineering managers and their engineer teams on critical plastic material and process matters.
? Provide professional consulting to customer on plastic component design and process solution during ESI.
? Guide internal plastic processes DFM and conduct competency/risk assessment.
? Provide technical leadership to Sites on plastic process problem solving.
? Collect lesson learn and organize them in an effective learning way.
? Track new plastic material and process trends using in Tele-comm and housing electric-products, provide periodically technical update to management and key technical staff.
3. REQUIREMENT
? A bachelor or master degree of polymer material & process
? At least 8 years of hands-on plastic molding process experience.
? Good knowledge on polymer material theory.
? Familiar with plastic process equipment, tool, jig & fixture.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Be self-directed and with high level of energy and determination to finding solutions.
? Solid technical foundation and able/willing to think out of the box to resolve issues.
? Adopt a fact-base and data-driven decision making working culture.
