? Experience in customer service and domestic logistic field is preferable.
? Fresh graduated with Transportation & Logistic relate major is welcome.
? Good communication skills as both written and verbal skills.
? Problem solving skills.
? Proficient knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite – strong analytical skills preferred

? Phone Skills
? Ability to resolving conflict
? Multi-tasking
? Positive attitude.
? English: 6 level above.
? Overseas study experience is welcome

工作内容描述：
? Ensure a strong customer relationship is built and maintained
? Ensure orders are taken and processed accurately and efficiently also delivered to customer without delay
? Update and maintain customer database as appropriate
? Work closely with carriers to ensure daily activity is properly recorded and corrected
? Resolve invoicing issues with other internal accounting departments as well as external customers
? Maintain detailed tracking for reporting and analytical purpose
