Skills - General Skills
"1. Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English;
2. Proficient in MS office; "
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
"1. Knowledge of program management Tools and Processes
2. Knowledgeable with complete development process of automotive Electronic Systems and components
3. Familiarity of basic automotive EE systems and components"
Mgt and Leadership Skills
"1. Capability to manage a multi-national team
2. Excellent communication skill (ability to communicate cross culturally);
3. Ability to manage vehicle level project to assure all problems are resolved and timing milestones are met"
Experience and education
"- BS/ MS EE
- Prior OEM experience leading complete vehicle EE system development"
Personal Traits
"1) Think independently and logically
2) Do things on one's own initiative
3) Accountability
4) Desired to learn"
