Position: Commercial Risk Controller (商业风险控制专员)

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate the risks associated with company transactions, products, and borrowers.
• Evaluate the facility structure and any corresponding security arrangements
• Revise the credit policy or formulate the credit guidance based on risk assessment or change of risk environment
• Manage the overall commercial portfolio by detecting the early warning signs. Ensure early rectification of any security deficiencies and enforcement of the proactive actions.
• Lead the high risk dealer management process and coordinate with cross-functional department to contain the risk
• Work with cross-functional departments to maintain high standards of risk control and stipulating relevant risk polices
• Assess the operational risk of company and enforce the corrective action
• Develop the scorecard and lead the implementation
• Assist manager with other Ad-hoc tasks

Qualification

• University degree or above with solid relevant business/finance/Accounting training; MBA or overseas education considered as a plus
• Minimum 3 years of solid credit analysis experience with banks, financial institutions, or multinational corporations
• In-depth credit appraisal and financial analysis skills; good research abilities
• Good understanding of the economic, political and business environment of PRC
• Good knowledge of China auto sector and the market
• Good communication skills & excellent teamwork spirit; Independent with strong negotiation skills
• Good learning attitude/capacity, willing to work hard and under pressure, and keen to grow
• Excellent English
• Good PC skills with an analytical mind.

主要职责：

• 评估并掌握与公司业务、产品和借款人相关的风险
• 对汽车经销商进行财务分析并评估信贷结构和相应的抵押物
• 保证严格的风险控制，基于风险评估或风险环境的改变制定相关的风险政策
• 通过信贷质量恶化的早期预警机制监督信贷质量；确保及时纠正安全缺陷并执行积极的行动
• 负责高风险经销商的管理流程，通过跨部门协调来控制风险
• 与跨职能部门协作，保证高标准的风险控制，并制定相关风险政策
• 评估公司的经营风险，推动纠正行动
• 开发评分卡并引导实施
• 协助经理布置的各项临时任务

岗位要求：

• 大学本科以上学历，获得过运营/金融/财务相关的培训， 有MBA或是有海外留学经历将被优先考虑
• 至少有三年在银行、金融机构、跨国企业从事信贷分析的工作经验
• 深入的信贷评估、财务分析技巧和卓越的调研能力
• 深入了解中国经济、政治和业务环境
• 深入掌握中国汽车业和汽车市场
• 优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，具有较强的独立谈判技巧
• 优秀的学习态度/能力，愿意在压力下努力工作，并积极提高自我
• 优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力
• 熟练的电脑技巧，并具分析意识
