职位描述
1.负责质量部的管理和质量体系的维护更新;2. 负责质量检验标准、质量管理文件的制定和执行;3.负责公司进料检验、过程检验、成品检验、包装出货检验;4.分析、跟踪质量问题、及时处理和解决各种质量问题、质量纠纷和质量事故;5.负责质量问题纠正预防措施的建立和工程部合作、分析、挖掘导致质量问题的原因,提出纠正办法和预防措施
岗位技能要求:1.理工科专科以上学历;2.有2年以上质量管理经验;3.有解决实际问题的能力;4.熟悉质量管理的流程,掌握常用工具和技巧;具有良好的协调和沟通能力。
