Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Back order replenishment and bugs follow-up
2. Interco P.O replenishment tracking (ex vendor shift, change/cancel/new notice )
3. Debug of delivery creation problems
4. Compliance orders vendor change and screening follow up at inter-company vendor sides
Error rate statistics and analysis
5. Support to sales/customer service inquiry
6. Sales Order change/cancel/new notice upon customer service requests
7. Inventory Planning and backup planner for SIAL import products
8. Demand and Supply Planning Management for local OEM and non-SIAL products
9. SAP MM and GRASP System Key User, and master change for local plants
10. Sales order stock and SPEC inventory review and follow up
11. Service Level/Inventory Turnover/Slow Mover KPIs owner
12. Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree above;
2. At least 3 years’ working experience in Logistics and Supply field. Experience in Chemical Trading Company is prefer;
3. Proficient in SAP;
4. Logic thinking and good sense to data processing;
5. Good Oral and written English.
