职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Ensure strong financial control project cost sales related (positive cash flow incl. forecast, invoices raised at earliest, benefit on project cost, financial tracking)
2. Responsible for input of the monthly sales report
3. Control and actualization of project costs
4. Responsible for offer/order tracking
5. To handle customer contact in an efficient and professional manner, with a view to obtaining and providing the customer with the requested information on issues including Order Progress, Technical Details and TPT Capabilities.
6. Support all sales representatives (sales engineer, sales manager) in the plants for the detailed sales admin works
Requirement:
1. Fresh graduation with the major in Finance, Business Admin. and etc.
2. Good analytical and planning skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Willing to learn new things
5. English ability
6. Customer focus
