Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree,
-Min. 2 years of working experience in Product Development
-Excellent command of written and spoken English,
-Strong communication skills,
-Have strong problem solving skills, result driven, quality-oriented,
-'Can do' attitude, take initiatives and ownership,
-Drive and interest in taking on new tasks/projects, with ability to multitask.
Job Description:
-Collect quality data from local copacker and prepare batch release document, involve in control plan and risk analysis designation,
-Ensure implementation of Quality and Food Safety Systems, carry out the defined audits with the suppliers and distribution chain,
-Ensure right consumer complaint management and handle consumer complain hot line in China. Give right feedback to commercial team when required,
-Support new product development process and involve in process of product development on assigned project,
-Ensure continuous improvement on recipes and process optimization to deliver higher efficiencies and better quality.
