1、大专以上学历，美术、设计类专业。三年以上职位工作经验；
2、深厚的美术功底，熟练运用AI、PS等设计软件；
3、有带领创意小组的经验，善于发挥组员特长；
4、具优秀的创意能力，善于激发创意小组的思维跳跃，形成超强的创意作品；
5、对时尚潮流，广告前沿及趋势有深入的领悟；
6、有国际品牌、全案客户等服务经历优先考虑；
7、提供近期案例作品。
