As a Business Director at AdMaster, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities with new and existing clients as well as managing relationships with key clients and contributing to the continued growth of the company.

What you will be doing…

Business Development

-Identify clients’ marketing potential and help them use big data to create value for their organizations.

-Help clients discover how consumer sentiment and online consumer behaviour affect their businesses.

-Become clients’ digital marketing partner by providing support with advertising verification, social media measurement and e-commerce behaviour.

Organization and Team Development

-Contribute to the sustainable growth of the company as a whole.

-Work closely with R&D experts to develop the most effective products and solutions.

-Create an effective team dynamic by implementing a productive organizational structure and efficient processes.

-Grow your team’s digital marketing optimization and measurement capabilities as well as their analytical skills.

-Develop team members’ soft and hard skills.

-Be responsible for account P&L

-Report directly to the general manager and work closely with senior management.

We are looking for people who…

-Have at least 8 years of experience in business development and account management in the data industry or in marketing functions in a relevant industry.

-Excel at strategic thinking and implementation.

-Work well independently and as a team leader/player.

-Possess strong business acumen, an unbeatable drive for success and a can-do spirit.

-Can work under pressure and handle stress.

-Possess good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

-Have experience in big data, digital marketing, media or research industries (asset).

-Are fluent in English (asset).
