Responsibilities:

1. Ensure fitting comments received from headoffice are understood and incorporated by suppliers before sending samples to head office (Sweden/ Finland)
2. Manage and distribute patterns to the suppliers and also guide them on how to use them.

3. Arrange and work with suitable fitting models.

4.Solve and improve workmanship/fitting keeping production feasibility in mind.
5.Coach and training factories on sampling process and requirements.
6.Support merchandiser/QC to solve production problem.

Qualifications
1. Education in garment and pattern making.

2. Working experience: 3-4 years within the trade.

3. Language skills: English in speech and writing.

4. Computer skills: Good knowledge.
5. Good communication skills.
