职位描述
o Independently manage technical, engineering and code compliance matter on the Mechanical work, making decision on engineering problems and methods
o Fully competent engineer in all conventional aspects of the subject matter in conceptual design, basic design and detailed design.
o Develop technical specification and/or data sheet .
o Establish effective communication with Project Manager, client and appointed design institute and contractor.
o Assist cost estimator in cost estimation work.
o Manage/Supervise Site supervision if mobilize to site.
o Manage project closing documentation and final as built drawings, if mobilize to site
o Bachelor degree is required;
o Have at least 8 years experience in design of Manufacture& electronic HVAC&Utility systems. Have also Pharm.&life science experience better.
o Be familiar with clean rooms air handling, general air-conditioning system, process exhaust and smoke exhaust system, chilled/ hot water piping and other mechanical building services systems in Manufacture& electronic fields and all necessary calculations writing technical specification etc.
o Be familiar with Chinese local codes on HVAC& utility systems. Known AHRAE better.
o Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility and ownership of work assigned
o Good written and spoken English is required.
o Can travel to site.
