本职位工作地点在徐州。

Skill/Effort Requirements
- Sound knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations and production management.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering.
- Fluent in the English language, in order to converse with Canadian facilities.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the company and its products/services.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge in all aspects of materials and product control concepts.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing and accounting principles with budgeting knowledge.
- Leadership, motivational, organizational, communication, interpersonal and labour relations skills.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks concurrently under pressure.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Sound judgement/innovation and problem solving skills.
- Act, and represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Active management style; spending the majority of your work day on the production floor.
- Background in quality, lean manufacturing, and 5S method an asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and co-ordinate the manufacturing activities/operations.
- Ensure that productivity targets are met.
- Provide expertise and assistance to the Production, Engineering, and Quality staff.
- Manage and co-ordinate all materials activities and production control.
- Initiate, implement and monitor continuous improvement activities.
- Oversee adherence to the Environmental, Health and Safety policies/procedures in the manufacturing operations; ensure that plant staff are operating in the safest manner possible.
