职位描述
岗位职责
对业务需求、产品需求进行深入的分析、设计和跟踪；
对收集到的需求进行分类整理，撰写基于用户需求的软件需求规格说明书；
负责设计及撰写功能说明书、业务流程图、用户操作手册等各项需求分析阶段的文档；
与开发团队保持密切沟通，负责解答开发、测试过程中的需求疑问；
负责对开发成果进行需求验证工作，检查需求方案的符合度；
任职要求
两年以上相关工作经验，计算机或相关专业本科学历；
21~28岁，男女不限；
有较强的业务模型分析能力和文档编写能力；
熟练掌握UML2.0规范及相关工具的使用；
掌握常用的原型设计工具（如Axure），有一定的用户界面设计能力；
思维严谨、善于发现并理解业务需求；
工作责任心强、细致耐心、能够站在客户的角度思考问题；
具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通、交流能力；
具有良好的阅读、理解和学习能力；
有软件产品设计经验和大型行业应用软件系统方案撰写经验者优先。
Job responsibilities
The needs of the business, product demand analysis, design and tracking;
On the classification of writing user demand, demand for software requirements specification based on;
Responsible for the design and writing a functional specification, service flow chart, user manuals and other requirements analysis document;
Maintain close communication with the development team responsible for the development, test, answer the requirements in the process of doubt;
Responsible for requirement validation work on development results, conformity inspection requirements;
Post requirements
Two years or above related working experience, bachelor degree in computer science or related major;
21~28 years old, men and women are not limited;
The business model has strong ability of analysis and documentation;
Use master UML2.0 specification and related tools;
Grasp prototype design tools (such as Axure), have certain ability of user interface design;
Rigorous thinking, to discover and understand the needs of the business;
Work a strong sense of responsibility, patience, can stand in the customer's perspective;
Good teamwork spirit and communication, communication ability;
Good reading, understanding and learning ability;
A scheme of application software system experience in product design software and large industry writing experience is preferred.
