Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes, reduce manufacturing cost and improve the quality;

2.Factory layout, keep improving the logistical route; Production capacity analysis and improvement.

3.Plan and implementation of new products and processes. Follow up of ECN changes in production. Prepare quote and install new machinery and fixture/jigs

4.Prepare and keep Work Instructions up-to-date. Work with Line Leaders to provide technical support and training for operators. analysis the capacity accordingly;

5.Work with Line leaders to provide technical support and troubleshoot existing processes. Assist in training of operators;

6.Continuously seek for new manufacturing knowledge and skills;

7.Work on special projects assigned by manager;

Qualifications / Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above in engineering, discipline with Industrial Technology preferred. At least 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment, experience with multi-national company will be a plus.

2.Excellent hands-on experience and problem solving skills. Experience with steel fabrication, assembly, automated/semi-automated equipment preferred.

3.Independent, self-motivated, good communication and team work spirit. Learning ability in a new environment is necessary;

4.Interpersonal skills and good command of English, both written and oral;

5.Basic computer skills. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a must. Other engineering design softwares will be advantageous;
