Main Mission :
As the key member of project team, harmonize France engineering team, plant and customer engineering team, will involve every stage from project kick off to SOP, to ensure the project development successfully with achievable of cost objective, timing planning and quality control.
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Respect and enforce internal procedures and specific customer requirements
Manages projects economically and qualitatively with the customer and internally following the target set
Ensure the implementation and monitoring project dashboards.
Manages the internal project reviews following SNOP internal specifications.
Manages the project monitoring meetings
Sets the financial statements for each project (CCRM)
Manages the schedules of design and industrialization
Manages customer validation drawings
Sets the implementation of products specifications (parts, safety parts ...)
Manages the development product and process (SKD, MPF ...)
Makes requests for material and supply standard components
Manages the quotations for project modifications
Manages customers economic agreements for spending commitments (RO, modifications)
Manages the implementation of prototypes and preproduction parts following QCD targets
Manages the recording of orders before deliveries of preproduction parts
Manages specific packaging
Sets the product file (commercial and technical project) to the process qualification
Participates to the technological and competitive benchmarking
Participates to solve the product and quality issue during mass production and work with production team on continuous improvement.
Ensures the confidentiality of the projects (products/process)
Gives feedbacks to the sales management development needs of the customer
Informed his superiors of any drift quality, cost, time and manages an action plans if necessary.
Job Requirements (skills and experience)
- Bachelor degree or above major in engineering, understanding of stamping knowledge is plus.
- Minimum 5 years automotive engineering and project development related experience, at least 2 year experience as project leader.
- Has good project management experience with VW, Nissan, PSA etc. OEM customer will be great plus.
- Strong experienced in Design Principles in Automotive Industry, Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods associated cost & time expenditure
- Great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision,
- Fluent English in oral and writing.
-Willing to frequent travel domestic and abroad based on project request
