Tasks

- As the service management, the responsible is to ensure the Application Operation services is delivered under management. In particular, to ensure that the overall services as expressed in the Service Catalog and the service levels are maintained and continually improved, and that any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services provided by internal or external delivery team are minimized. This role should be the primary communicator for with the business stakeholders for the services.

- Additionally, develops and implements communication and training programs in support of the service delivery management. This role acts as an interface between the business users and the Service Delivery team. He/She also manages the performance reporting and monitoring the compliance of the Service Delivery against agreed Service Catalog and Service Level Agreements (SLA). This includes regular performance reporting, monitoring service level infractions and developing new SLAs and metrics as needed. This position oversees planning and forecasting of service consumption, quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for monitoring day-to-day service delivery and working closely with the technical delivery team as well as the third-party service providers

- Acting as the point of contact when critical incident happens and responsible for coordinating the critical incident resolution, communicating with business, restoring the services within define service level, and driving contingence plan if crisis happens

- Acting as the point of contact of IT Application Operations to interact with business users to collect feedback, drive improvement plan, and design training programs so as to enhance the customer satisfaction

- Responsible for planning and forecasting of services consumption, and jointly planning capacity to meet business demands

- Working with other IT groups such as Governance team, Project Team, Infrastructure team closely to address the business needs / issues and ensure end-to-end services availability

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or other related majors

- Experience in the automotive product development process

- Familiar with ITIL v3 methodology and its implementation

- management experience in international working area

- Team-work and communication skills

- Analytical a problem solving skills, assertiveness and confident attitude

- Willingness to travel

- Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin, preferably basic German skills

- Strong customer management skills and professional working attitude

- Experience as a project leader of IT application operations with internal and external partners,1-3 years

- Rich experience in the operations and support of large and complex Applications in Production environment,4-6 years

- Experienced the full lifecycle of the Application system development and deployment,4-6 years
