Advanced Specialist SAP Production Planning

Tasks

IT Application Operations provide stable and reliable and efficient systems and processes to enable our BMW Brilliance Automotive business processes. The Advanced Specialist Application has to perform Engine production operations management of the BMW Brilliance Automotive SAP systems and related systems

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the operations of SAP engine production systems and related systems by achieving the SLA KPIs

- Achieve the KPI targets for SAP Engine production and delivery system

- Develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support by performing IT projects and continuous improvement

- Support business to achieve their targets by implementing projects successfully in means of start-up management.

- Manage internal and external associates in means of optimize continuous improvement.

- Run and improve a standardized Incident management process (IM)

- Run and improve a standardized Change management process (CM)

- Run and improve a standardized Problem management process (PM)

- Run and improve a standardized IT-Service Continuity management process (ITSCM)

- Give support and suggestion to IT Sr. Spec. & Junior Spec

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience

- "Technical Skills

-Deep Know-how of SAP R/3 in Modules PP & MM

-ABAP Programming and IDOC basic know how

- Experience on Application system support

- Experience in IT project management

- Experience in SAP System implementation and change request realization

Business Knowledge

Knowledge of key business process in one or more area like:

- Engine Production planning & control

- MRP / JIS

- Batch management

- Purchasing process

- Engine outbound Delivery

Process skills

Including the following key processes:

- Service and System delivery using a recognized methodology (e.g. ITIL)

- Application support processes

- Adherence and development of IT processes that ensure co-ordination and control

- Know ERP, SCM and related system principle

- Intercultural competence, service minded, analyzing.

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Strong communication skills and willingness in communication

- Team working spirit

- Leadership skills

- Working under high pressure, willing to work outside office hours and on call duty

- Service oriented

- Minimum of four years experience in SAP PP & SD implementation and support,4-6 years

- In addition, two years experience in Manufacturing, Logistic and delivery relevant business or relevant IT systems development or management. SAP Consultant experience is plus,1-3 years
