Advanced Specialist Key Account Sales

Tasks

Establish & manage sales of engine parts and related components to third party customers

Key Responsibilities

- Represent BMW Brilliance Automotive for Engine related sales business to Chinese local customers

- Develop and establish sales strategies/process for engine parts and related components

- Works with other relevant departments to provide feedback, solutions or technology support for customers’ requirement

- Co-ordination within BMW Brilliance Automotive and establish work flow on appropriate improvement measures of sales business.

- Works for products pricing, quality assurance, and delivery on time etc.

- Provide sales reports & forecasts to senior management

- Support project teams in terms of IT system functionality, and business process set-up

Qualifications

- Master Degree / University

- Min. 4 year experience automotive industry

- Sales or Product Engineering experience, at least 5 years relevant working experience in automotive -industry, with 2 years in an international company

- Strategic thinking, mature, logical, initiative and willing to take responsibility

- Leadership skills and experience

- Proficiency in Office applications

- Understanding of BMW AG and BMW Brilliance Automotive internal process

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in inter-cultural environment

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Capable for intensive domestic and oversea travel

- Background in automotive industry,4-6 years

- Sales or product engineering experience,4-6 years
