Employment – full time

Tasks

- To build the IT Strategy framework and develop IT strategy planning from long term to mid term

- To set up and steer the IT archeture and ensure the landscape standardization

- Support IT security and risk management

- Support and initialize innovation projects

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and adjust IT Strategy planning from long term to mid-term on yearly basis

- Set up IT archeture and ensure the landscape standardization

- Support CIO office in analysis and investigation of strategic decisions

- Setup IT relevant process

- Setup and initialize innovation projects

- Coordination internal and external communication

- Setup IT relevant process

- Setup and initialize innovation projects

- Identify and research policy development that involves any aspect of IT department

- Implement/support regular internal/ external audit basing on ISO 9000/14000/20000/27000 and OHSAS 18000 knowledge

- Regular assess internal IT Operation basing on ITSM standards

Qualifications

- Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or a business systems-related subject

- Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration skills, accounting and fiscal management, organizational skill, ITIL and ISO related knowledge required

- Business Knowledge & Process skills: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: quality management

- IT Security and risk management

- Microsoft Office systems competency

- ITPM/ITIL/ ASAP methodology

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and attractive presentation of data

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people

- Flexible to working hours and practices

- Able to travel abroad on infrequent basis

- Experience in business development and management, using structured methods,4-6 years

- In addition, two years experience in manufacturing environment and at least two years practical experience with relevant IT business knowledge,1-3 years
