Advanced Specialist IT Finance Management

Employment – full time

Tasks

- To ensure and guarantee the proper implementation of IT resource and skill management by cooperate with internal IT, Controlling and HR department

- To ensure the proper implementation of IT Planning, Budget and Purchase controlling, and Coordination IT corresponding status overview

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement IT resource management process, tools and certain regulation

- Set up IT resource management and ensure the alignment with Controlling and HR

- Responsible for a comprehensive range of budgetary, fiscal analyses and reporting aimed for IT budget plan and control

- Coordination internal and external communication regarding any changes of IT organization and resource structure

- Coordinate with BMW AG and ZA for IT related operation contract and cross charge process

- Provide financial/purchase related training to other IT departments

- Must have highly effective analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently is essential

Qualifications

- Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or a business systems-related subject

- Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration skills, organizational skill, ITIL related knowledge required

- Business Knowledge & Process skills: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: quality management

- Microsoft Office systems competency

- ITPM/ITIL methodology

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and attractive presentation of data.

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in financial field, (accounting/controlling/reporting),4-6 years

- Relevant industry experience is preferred,1-3 years
