Advanced Specialist on Site Guard Management and Investigation

Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of working out, implement and modifying of security operation activities, entry/exit system, inspections program, emergency action plan and reporting to ensure the safe keeping of company's properties

Key Responsibilities

- Confer with other departments to install all security related systems, and other security measures and facilities

- Work closely with the security service supplier to direct, coordinate and supervise them in security related areas in line with company requirement and practices, to ensure the company rules and regulations relating to the entry and exit of employees, customers, vendors, visitors, goods and vehicles are observed, and review their performance by month

- Coordinate with the related government departments such as police bureau, fire-fighting bureau and military, etc. for any issues related security, emergency and fire-fighting.

- Coordinate with the related internal departments

- Provide Consultation and Advice to Others -- Providing expert advice to management or related security topics

- Conducting threat and risk analyses at site/facility to identify potential issues and serving as the internal auditor for security processes; Monitoring internal control systems to ensure appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained; Conducting site visits to ensure a visible security presence and to assist with the identification of potential issues

- To control vehicle access management, such as the removing property, product, test car, etc. Carry out the random detail goods’ search on the persons or vehicles.

Qualifications

- University degree or above degree, further education in the field of security

- Be familiar with government laws and regulations related to security.

- Basic computer skill, PC usage in office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.

- Basic English speaking and reading ability

- Related working experience of Security background and knowledge,4-6 years

- Experience in organizing/delivering Security Training and Security Awareness Seminars,1-3 years
