Advanced Specialist Accounts Receivable

Corporate Division Finance
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

To book sales allowance, DMS ,RSM; participate in month closing; prepare monthly report

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all accounting transactions in accordance with accounting policy as well as company guidelines.

- Cooperate with sales Dept. WS controlling on sales allowance & sale bonus booking.

- Checking all dealer Red invoice notification and matched with BMW Brilliance Automotive internal approval letter

- Communicate with dealer finance department for accounting cases from finance perspective

- Assist Warranty and dealer sundry payment transaction

- Maintain discount for vehicle pricing

- Double confirm OS invoice, Company car inovice

- DMS revenue account booking after get all necessary documents from Co. then work with Tax team for service invoice issuing quarterly

- Confirm bank discount information of bank draft to treasury team

- Other receivables management

- Prepare monthly reports in time

- Assist vehicle releasing

- Bind up accounting vouchers

- Other miscellaneous and temporary works per request

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above (Finance and accounting or related discipline)

- Good knowledge with accounting field

- Good knowledge of accounting systems(preferably SAP or comparable systems)

- English fluently (verbal and written)

- Good skills in computer software: excel, word, power point and etc.

- Excellent communication skill and team work spirit;

- Be able to work under pressure or stress

- Quick learner with flexibility

- Experience with accounting in foreign manufacture company, 4-6 years
