Advanced Specialist HVLV Planning & Operation

Employment – full time

Tasks

- The power supply system operation, repair and maintenance management

- The energy management and energy saving

- The power supply system maintenance project and construction project management

Key Responsibilities

- During project period

-attend NEX Power system planning, track construction and installation status, find and provide defect or unqualified items to construction team, coordinate and maintain power supply relationship among teams, develop service supplier together FM team members.

-Master power equipment performance and train further people and supplier, then well use them

- In future

- Implement the HVLV, electrical systems operation & maintenance and develop electrical utility PM, to ensure all the electrical utility equipments and facilities are properly maintained and operated normally."

- Guarantee power supply steadily and electrical energy management by daily monitoring and communication with related department in time.

- Implement the spare part plan and the supply system, ensure safe stock level and try to meet requirement of the production and operations on HVLV electrical utilities.

- Develop renovation plan for original power supply system and electricity equipment system to further improve system performance.

- The using, management and maintenance of HVLV electrical equipments. To use manage and maintain all power supply equipments. To test timely according to procedure.

- Be responsible for energy management, energy balance and energy figures collection and energy saving activities, collect and implement energy saving activities in DD

- Manage utility supplier together with other OFTS to get better service performance.

- Take over and manage the new electrical facility from construction team according to concerned construction laws and regulations.

- Attend CAH and provide opinions for power and safte system

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above in HVLV, mechanical or electrical engineering.

- Knowledge of plant facility management

- Knowledge of Auto CAD, Microsoft office software’s and effective presentation

- Skills with utility system operation, maintenance and plant energy system management.

- Competency of construction project management

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Background in Manufacturing industry electrical utility maintenance or project management

- Experience in structural planning, HV/LV engineering, plant maintenance or industrial design.

- Be familiar with the plant HV/LV and utility system operation and maintenance

- Several years experience in plant construction project management.
