Senior Specialist BAS & Weak Power

Employment – full time

Tasks

- The BAS system planning and realization NEX

- The BAS system operation, maintenance and management Dadong and NEX

- The equipment automation control system maintenance and spare parts management related BAS and control system

Key Responsibilities

- BAS system planning, realization, operation, maintenance, renovation and management, keep all of them working in good condition

- Equipment automation control system maintenance and management, keep them working in good condition

- Work together with team members to plan and realize project related BAS and automation

- Implement the utility operation & maintenance and develop BAS PM, to ensure all BAS and electric equipments and facilities are properly maintained and operated normally, to support production and troubleshooting.

- Implement the spare part plan and the supply system, ensure safe stock level and try to meet requirement of the production and operations, control the budget

- The using, management and maintenance of energy measurement system.To use, manage and maintain all meters well in each utility system. Test trimly according procedure.

- Take over and manage the new facility from construction team according to concerned construction laws and regulations.

- Support on the management of property and cleaning suppliers and construction project.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering or Electromechanical

- Knowledge of plant facility-HV/LV management

- Knowledge of Auto CAD, Microsoft office softwares and effective presentation

- Proficiency with ISO9001 and OHSAS 18001certification.

- Skills with utility system operation, maintenance and plant electrical system management.

- Competency of construction project management

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Background in Manufacturing industry utility maintenance or project management

- Experience in structural planning, electrical engineering, plant maintenance or industrial design

- Be familiar with the plant electrical and utility system operation and maintenance

- Several years experience in plant construction project management.
