Advanced Specialist Facility Management & Fire protection

Corporate Division Building and Facility Management
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Utilities, facilities, energy, building fire system and plant cleaning management

- Set and monitor the facility targets and plans in line with the company's goals and strategies.

- Establish the environmental and safety objectives as well as ensure compliance with the company targets

- Ensure that all buildings, energy equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operating normally, to support the operations and production

- Ensure energy safe stock and supply is well and try to meet requirement of the production and operations

- Maintain good relationship between the company and government/regulatory agencies

- Review and finalize plans and budgets related to energy and construction related projects

- Establish fire fighting system maintenance procedure and organize fire training .ensure fire equipment is normal. Cleaning management

- Assure that the plant facility has the capacity deal with the yearly growth in sales and supplies

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or higher in HVAC, heat engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering

- Knowledge of plant facility management

- Knowledge of Auto CAD, Microsoft office software and effective presentation.

- Proficiency with ISO9001 and OHSAS 18001certification.

- Skills with utility system operation, maintenance and plant energy system management.

- Competency of construction project management

- Proficient English, Self-starter / independent/ integrity

- Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably multinational corporation or joint venture. Of these, 3 years should be external supplier management, with managerial responsibilities,4-6 years

- Experience in structural planning, HVAC, Heat engineering, plant maintenance or industrial design,4-6 years

- Several years experience in plant construction project management,4-6 years
