Employment – full time

Tasks

Overall planning of internal packaging and bins and packaging from local suppliers to Plant Shenyang

Key Responsibilities

- Development of packaging concepts for internal packaging and packing instruction

- Development of packaging concept from local suppliers and packing instruction

- Reusable bin management and data

- Coordinate database in the team

Qualifications

- University degree / graduated

- PC skills

- Structured thinking and analytic exposure with complex system

- Quality consciousness

- Communication ability, cooperation with intercultural teams, conflict ability and positive exposure

- Ability to exposure to high complexity, interest and openness to other technologies, implementation ability and ability to assert himself

- English fluent, Chinese native, basic German (optional)

- Positive exposure with high uncertainness, creativity, innovation and vision ability

- Handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others

- Project management skill

- Background in packaging planning,4-6 years

- Experience in project management,1-3 years

- Several years of working in automotive plant logistics,4-6 years
