Advanced Specialist Plant Structure Development

Tasks

Plan and support the overall integration of product and process projects in the plant structure by taking in consideration the long term development planning of the plant and the multiproject situation

Key Responsibilities

- Project leader overall plant structure projects

- Prepare decision papers for High level of Management, BOM, BOD and support decision process in BMW HQ.

- Overall planning and assessment of structure measures with consideration of all restrictions between the technologies

- Space management: Coordinate and manage the change request process for Dadong/Tiexi plant

- Office space planning

Qualifications

- Technical studies preferably in automotive engineering, industrial engineering or business administration or logistics

- Structured thinking and analytic exposure with complex systems

- Experience in the planning of manufacturing processes, structures and equipment administration and logistics

- Proficiency with MS office software

- Skills with drawing layouts(Microstation or AutoCAD, Visio)

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Knowledge of architecture and construction process

- Communication ability, cooperation with intercultural teams, conflict ability and positive exposure

- Handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others

- Project Management Skills,4-6 years

- Background in automotive engineering,4-6 years

- Construction experience,4-6 years

- Drawing layouts with either Micro station or AutoCAD,4-6 years

- Experience with planning for manufacturing processes, structures and equipment

- Knowledge of Lean Management,4-6 years
