Advanced Specialist General Ledger

Employment – full time

Tasks

Oversee period end closing , handle and analyze other operating and non-operating business ,monitor associate reimbursement process , audit support

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow financial period end closing

- Ensure timely payment posting for salary and tax

- Be responsible for other operating and non operating business booking, tracking and analyst such as wast disposal ,car insurance, subsidy , related party business etc.

- Prepare analysis report related to period end closing (accrual report etc.)

- Familiar with company guidelines, organization chart, internal and external payment process;

- Monitor and double check vouchers of GL team

- Coordinate with both internal and external auditors for period and occasional audit

- Collect signature sample and issue to Finance SY in time

- Associate reimbursement payment proposal

- Other miscellaneous and temporary works per request

Qualifications

- University graduate with bachelor degree in finance or related discipline

- Has accounting certificate

- Good knowledge of accounting systems (preferably SAP or comparable ERP systems)

- Communication skills and team work player

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Can work independently and under pressure

- Excellent computer skills: MS office

- Quick learner with flexibility

- Experience with manufacture JV Company,4-6 years

- Experience in finance or accounting field,4-6 years
