Advanced Specialist Product Integration

Employment – full time

Tasks

Product Integration: coordination the TRIO meeting, to ensure the proper implementation of technical changes into plant project and assembly process, and responsible for assuring of launch viability process together with German plants; problem pre-analysis and creation of problem in LOOP 0 data base, escalation of problem into PQM database

Key Responsibility

- Technical Change evaluation and implementation before SOP

- Fitment point (working station) definition before SOP

- Problem analysis, and creation in LOOP0 , escalation into PQM during Non-Series Vehicle build

- Creation of PU catalogue and implementation of PU contains during PU project launch

- Build list validation before SOP

- Problem pre-analysis and support to solve after SOP

- Cubing support

- Experience and information from pre-phasen production support for the problem solving phasen after SOP

Qualification

- University degree / graduated in mechanical or electronic engineering with very good theoretical background or qualification acquired in a similar position

- Knowledge about the complete vehicle

- Knowledge of Quality methods

- Knowledge about the Vehicle technology/Electronic

- Knowledge about Assembly technology

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- E/E knowledge in SW and HW

- CA-Knowledge (CATIA, VISVIEW)

- Skills with driving

- Several years experience in automotive industry within the above mentioned area, 4-6 years
