Process Quality Engineer is a position in charge of overall process quality control on for Steering process, incoming inspection, establishing and maintaining Steering contamination control, coordinating process change, monitoring process quality (ppm, issues, 8D, lesson learn, SPC, process inspection), internal corrective and preventive action, calibration, process capability study. CMM set up and programming.

Major Responsibilities:
Set up incoming inspection system and monitor its implement.
Set up process and product control system and monitor its implement.
Set up contamination control system and monitor its implement.
Set up inspection, measuring equipments management and MSA.
To coordinate statistical process control, continuous improvement activities.
To assist internal and external system audits.
To coordinate process capability studies internally.
To coordinate product and process changes.
Set up CMM fixture and programming for current and new parts.

Key Competencies:
Able to communicate in English.
Knowledge of machining and assembly of mechanical devices in high volume manufacturing.
Able to operate computer.

Education and Experience:
Educational:
College Degree, or advanced diploma in related fields.

Experience:
Experience 5 years up in related fields, preferably automotive industry.
Experience in the implementation and maintenance of ISO9002 and/or ISO/TS16949 Quality Standard.

Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and organized.
