I. 概要描述

实施本班次生产线的日常管理,以及本班次生产团队的有效运行,确保优质的生产质量.

II. 职责区域

1.主要职责
执行生产计划排程,确保本班次的工作安排能及时完成
Follow the production plan and ensure the shift output & on time delivery
负责每日的工作安排,的执行与管理,负责生产的产品根据作业指导书的要求的正常运转.
To be responsible for managing the shift's daily operation and handle materials and final products according to work instruction
根据生产计划以及客户的提货要求,及时的发货.
To organize to send finished goods to customer according to delivery plan
负责安排,控制以及评估本生产线的操作员工.
To arrange, monitor and evaluate the work of operators
负责生产线机台的调整,以及对下属员工的指导和培训.
To be responsible for machinery set up, coaching and training for operators
加强技术方面的能力,以及对团队精神的培养,和工程师和生产线主管有效的沟通,同时能对一些未计划的工作能提供一些有效的建议.
Developing core skill and team work ethics, effective interface with engineering and technical support and also provide direction during un-planned events
对生产过程中一些不合理的方面提出有效的建议.
Contribute to the team for continuous improvements
按照WI的要求,高效的生产出符合规格要求的产品
Follow-up all production processes to guarantee the high quality of products with continues improvement actions, high efficiency
确保本班次生产线产品的物料的正常周转,
Ensure the smooth material flow within shift production to guarantee the continuous flow manufacturing
加强团队的有效合作和沟通.
Ensure a good communication & cooperation between shift teams
加强产线的5s的管理,确保产线的整洁有序.
Plan and perform relevant housekeeping to maintain a good working environment

2.其他支持
协助生产线经理一些临时安排的工作
Assist Production Line Manager in un-planned task
设备和工具的维护
Maintenance of equipment and tools
对工艺,质量和生产设备提出合理的建议和改善
Continues improve in regard of processing, quality and machinery

III. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

1.学历/studies
高中,中专以上学历

2.Professional experience
2 year experience in production area

3.Further training and development
Knowledge of production plan
Specific skill of safety practice for emergency
ISO 9000 quality system

4.Miscellaneous
Basic knowledge of surface treatment
Basic English knowledge
Basic computer skills English, written and verbal

IV. SPECIFICATION OF THE JOB
