Major Responsibilities:

·Handling the customer demand and process customer order, load customer demand into MRP system and follow up customer order until delivery on time.

·Handling of urgent orders from customers, expedite/De expedite the customer order.

·Handling customer complaint and fast response to customer's requirement.

·Arrange the return of shipment from customers.

Good written and spoken English

Education: Bechalor degree

Experience:More than 3 working experiences on Customer Service in Automotive Components company, especially in MNC industry.
