Major Responsibilities:

1. Daily invoice entry into Mfg/Pro System after checking related documents.
2. Prepare payments based on due date report.
3. Take care of AP aging status and timely generating accurate AP Aging Report for management reference.
4. Conduct AP function monthly closing and ensure AP balance totally reconciled with GL A/Cs.
5. Assist to set up sound internal control process for AP transaction.
6. Document procedures and continually monitor internal controls.
7. Other ad hoc requests assigned from financial reporting manager.
8. Work closely with other Finance team members to determine priorities and action plans.

Educational: Accounting or Finance college degree or above.

Experience:

Not less than 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment, including 1 year in

multinational company preferred. Accounts Payable experience preferred, ERP experience and

knowledge especially in Mfg/Pro is an advantage.
