Major Responsibilities:
List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.
1. Coordinates internal and external system & process audits.
2. Trains and promotes employees quality requirement and awareness.
3. Maintains the quality system and reporting.
4. Conducts quality review on an on-going basis.
5. Oversees the formulation of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.
6. Leads TS16949 certification project.
7. Coordinates ESD program and ensures ESD compliance.
8. Ensures IPC training certification effectiveness for solder personnel and requirement being met in production floor.
9. Develops, popularizes, and supervises the corporate quality system, ensuring it is consistent with mandatory and corporate specifications and standards.
10. Controls quality cost, supervises defects rate and faulty rate records.
11. Coordinates with other departments to plan and implement quality control programs, and relays overall quality standard information to management.
12. Executes and evaluates all quality control procedures and policies.
13. Ensures workers follow pre-established specifications and procedures.
14. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
15. Ensures all things followed is in accordance with TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedures.

1. Good oral and written English.
2. Outspoken and able to communication confidently and efficiently.
3. Analytical problem solving.
4. Bilingual in Chinese and English is desired.

Education and Experience:

1. Educational: Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical.
2. Experience:
a) 3 years working experience.
b) Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience in the related field.
c) Experience working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow and audit.
d) Experience background in Electronic Assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
3. Attributes: Good team work as well as self-dependant.
