职位描述
为了拓展国内服装市场，我司现面向上海地区急招服装专卖店项目经理。
职位描述：
1. 负责各个服装品牌新店方案的图纸核查与材料分析，并算出合理的工程报价。
2. 负责各个服装品牌新店的整体装修，并管理整个项目的工作进度及其工程质量。
3. 负责管理施工队，并保证新店按期交付使用。
要求：
1. 精通店面装修各方面操作流程，熟悉装修材料。
2. 精通装修图纸，能看懂一定的英文图纸。
3. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、3DMax、Photoshop等相关制图软件。
4. 有5年以上装修施工经验，有大型品牌服装专卖店装修经验者优先。
5. 管理能力强，有良好的沟通技巧。
6. 能承受一定压力，需到外地出差。
7. 有良好的团队合作意识。

For widening fashion market in Mainland,we are looking for a project manager urgently in Shanghai.
Jop description:
1. To be incharge of stduying and quoting of the techinical drawings of each fashion brand.
2. To be incharge of decorating of each fashion brand, and to manage the decorating schedule and quality completely.
3. To manage construction team and be sure to finish each project on time.
Requirement:
1. Quite familiar with each process of fashion decoration. to know materials very well.
2. Quite familiar with decorating techinial drawings and good stuff if you read a little the drawings in english.
3. Excellent software skills, like AutoCAD、3DMAX and Photoshop etc...
4. More than 5 years related decoration experiences.experience in famous fashion brand producing will be a plus.
5. Excellent management skills and good communication skills.
6. Honest,can work independently under pressure.can afford business trip in other cities.
7. Have a good sense of workteam and workteam ability.
