JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION NAME :Business Development Manager
Edition: 1
Report to:Managing Director, VTS China
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Maximizing sales results and increasing the market share by objective marketing research and analysis and coping with direct/indirect clients. Defining new possible market/client possesion in temrs of market share increase

MAIN DUTIES & PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Everyday
1 getting familiarized with company product, product's target market, sales strategy by receiving good trainings and self learning
2 maintaining ongoing contacts with key clients and cooperative dealers within assigned area through telephone and visiting
3 reporting the operation activities in the subordinate area to Managing Director (projects, clients)
4 reporting the obstacles in the sales project and making all possible effort to remove them
5 following the activities and projects of the competitiors within the subordinate area
6 supplementing information in the client, project database and its ongoing verification (Synergy database)
7 organizing ongoing training to AMs to help them sell VTS products (coaching)
8 organizing ongoing seminars and marketing activities to target clients within assigned areas.
Weekly:
1 analysis of the realization level of the sales goals within the assigned area
2 analysis and current problem solving, removing sale obstacles within the subordinate area
3 weekly sales report (including project, client, sales activity, sales result)s to Managing Director
4 settlement of expenditures generated within one week according to corporate sales-related financial rules
5 participation in the realization of marketing activities conducted within the subordinate area (showrooms, seminars, trainings, events)
Monthly:
1 realization of predetermined sales plans & goals
2 overseeing and care in maintaining budget discipline for assigned areas
3 participation in creating budgets
4 reporting sales results, barriers, possibilities and cost
5 signing contracts and agreements in accordance with allotted authority
6 maintaining an ongoing register and analysis of the competition's activity within the subordinate area
7 creating new strategy plans for possesing new clients and increasing the company's influence on the market
Yearly:
1 realization of annual sales plans within the subordinate area
2 supporting marketing activities within the area (events, seminars, loyalty programs) combined with measuring effects thereof
3 participation in creating budgets
4 optimizing costs of the conducted operation (analysis, verification and corrective actions)
5 analysis of barriers and obstacles in the sales process as well as devising appropriate corrective actions
6 participation in periodic company sales structure meetings
7 parcitipation in good proposal while formulating new sales strategy, policies and rules
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: University degree education (technical study profile, ventilation and air conditioning knowledge a plus)
Professional Experience: min. 5 years' sales experience in mechanic industry with 3 years at managerial positions, B2B sector trade experience preferable
Required Knowledge: HVAC product, Direct sales, designing/ devising projects, key account management, team building, negotiation
Skills:
● good knowledge of planning principals
