Synopsis:

EF is looking for online teachers who have enthusiasm both in the teaching and technology fields. At EF online center, both the teachers and students enjoy the increased use of technology. We work on thefrontier of innovation and future of education and we want you to be a part of the journey. For part-time teachers, you can teach around your free-time! Also you can choose to teach where you are comfortable!

You will:

· Give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching

· Demonstrate clear understanding and delivery of lesson objectives

· Develops and uses supplementary material within EF guidelines to support learning needs and objectives.

· Uses time effectively in order to maintain maximum student engagement.

· Completes all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.

· Actively participates in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings.

You have/are:

· College/University Graduate

· Computer literate

· Either a recognized TEFL qualification or EFL teaching experience

· Friendly, approachable and supportive

· Punctual and reliable

· Able to work under own initiative and within a team

· Service minded

· Actively seeks to improve personal and professional (teaching) skills

工作职责
· 通过网络与学生进行小班授课，基本课时为45分钟；
· 根据学生能力调整授课计划以期达到课堂效果;
· 根据学生的课堂表现，课后给学生撰写评语;
· 按要求参加教学培训或其他相关会议。

岗位要求
· 本科以上学历（大四或研究生在读可申请兼职）
· 英语口语纯正
· 能有稳定的每周授课数量；
· 懂得基本的电脑操作；
· 有英语教学经验者优先，无经验者我们将提供岗前培训；
