Senior account manager（lead 2-3 people)

工作内容 Responsibility:

• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
• visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
• acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• gathering market and customer information;
• representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• liaising with purchasers to check on the progress of existing orders;
• reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
• feeding future buying trends back to sales manager

绩效指标 Performance Indicator:

1.Achieve turnover target

Evaluation based forecast and actual achievements. Get 1 new customer every 3 months with minimum order of 50,000 rmb. Increase the number of different articles every 2 months!

2.Achieve objective on customer satisfaction

According to ISO 4x per year measure customer satisfaction!

任职资格 Specifications:

经 验 Experience:

More than 3 years experience in sales

Good management ability (being able to lead 2-3 people)

Minimum Bachelor degree

Can go on business trip often，Travelling 2-3 days per week

Have good team work spirit

技能技巧 Skill:

Fluent Oral English
