职位概要 Main Areas of Responsibility:
对供应商生产的产品的质量控制及管理 

工作内容 Responsibility:
1. 质量控制和管理 Quality Control and Management
1.1 对现有项目，跟踪产品的质量状况，积极主动采取措施，保证出货质量 

For current project, follow up the progress of product realization, take proactive action to guarantee quality 

1.2 对新项目，负责从样品到量产整个过程的质量控制 

For new project, responsible for entire quality control from sample to mass production 

1.3 及时将进料检验中发现的不合格品信息传递给供应商，要求供应商采取纠正措施，并跟踪实施； 

Inform vendor with non conformances identified in IQC, ask vendor to take corrective action, and follow up the implementation. 

1.4 协助供应商进行不良原因分析，并形成纠正预防措施报告，并监督纠正预防措施的执行情况； 

Assistant vendor to make root cause analysis for defect, and finalize corrective and preventative action report, monitor the implement of the report 

1.5 按项目记录产品质量历史状况，包括发生的问题以及采取的措施。 

Record quality history record, including problems and corrective actions 

2. 供应商开发 Vendor Development
2.1 配合采购进行新供应商的开发及评估； 

Help purchaser to development and evaluation 

2.2 新项目阶段关键工艺流程识别和供应商选择建议 

Identify critical process for a product and give suggestion for vendor seclection 

3. 客户投诉 Customer complaints
当发生与供应商质量有关的客户投诉时，积极和供应商一起分析原因，并要求供应商提出方案和纠正措施，跟踪供应商纠正预防措施的执行情况。 

When complaints occurs in quality, jointly analysis root cause for non conformance, and ask vendor to to take corrective actions and follow up. 

任职资格 Specifications:
1. 大学专科及以上，机械相关专业 

2. 2年以上质量工程师工作经验,有机加工，钣金冲压，压铸或者紧固件行业工作背景优先考虑； 

3. 有供应商审核相关经验； 

4.熟练使用MS Office 办公软件； 

5.良好的沟通能力； 

6. 能用英文进行交流，良好的沟通能力。

Responsibilities:
* Supplier audit, development & improvement, product quality planning & * control
* Study & understand requirements on the drawing, in particular for all key functions or dimensions
* Investigate & understand supplier manufacture process with quality control methods;
* Sample submitting with related document such as material, functional and dimension check report;
* Track & manage supplier sample making and mass production, finish new product development task with time frame;
* Supplier performance review & maintenance,assistant purchaser to solve commercial problems
* Supplier quality problem resolution and report such as reject/return rate, on time delivery.
* Drive supplier to improve on : 1) cause / 2) corrective actions / 3) future prevention actions.
* Drawing/design change follow-up,accurately interpret to supplier and make sure supplier take appropriate measurement accordingly;
* Supplier performance improving (quality, delivery and response)

Requirements:
* Engineering/mechanical degree
* 2 years work experience of supplier quality management in mechanical manufacture field
* Solid experience in metal fabrication & welding, machining, casting, fastener.
* Good oral and writing English
