Job title: Talent Resources Assistant (Recruitment)
Reporting to: Talent Resources Manager (Recruitment)
Job Summary
Assist in talent management initiatives
Clear of the Talent Resources Plan with the objective of supporting individual and organizational growth.
Solicit, receive, and process talent requests in a timely manner.
Source, search and screen candidates for internal Business units.
Recruitment
Screen resumes, update talent pool, arrange written test;
Arrange interviews for hiring managers and (Sr.) TRM, (Associate) TRD;
Follow up recruiting process, send out thank you/rejection letters in a timely manner;
Maintain interview record and creative work;
Support campus recruitment;
Assist in referral record and dispatch resumes;
Keep basic contact with recruitment website or headhunters;
Conduct background and reference checks.
Communication
Keep close contacts with staffs, especially junior to middle to know their needs and seek for improvement all the time
Constantly promote Ogilvy culture and communicates it wherever and whenever possible.
Show the initiatives to HR policies, especially on its implementation.
Keep contacts with external HR providers to improve the HR product
