职位描述

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities:

-Establish Akzonobel protective coating’s leadership position in specification in selected markets through the identification and development of new and existing Specifiers / Owners and customers (Engineers / DI / Architects / EPC’s).


-Oversee the full contract chain to secure projects through effective engagement of all Akzonobel internal resources.


-Improve customer satisfaction through in-depth understanding of customer needs and delivery of AkzoNobel value proposition. Demonstrate unique customer value through the focused product portfolio.


-Improve sales efficiency and effectiveness through proper weekly/monthly planning and following up management.


-Proactively look for new accounts and project, make sure own projects pipeline strength is sufficient to support business growth ambition.


-Maintain sound communication and engagement with direct sales team, Marketing, TOD, TSR, and other AkzoNobel functions to get accounts and projects managed effectively.


-Work within the PCSP and Oneplace disciplines. Use Oneplace CRM tool for customer data base, project tracking and specifications. Make sure key account plans and project plans are well developed and progress is made regularly. Provide monthly reporting.


-Make sure own activities fully aligned with AkzoNobel code of conduct, HSE policies, and other policies.

Requirements for Job:


-Bachelor above degree in Science or Engineering.


-At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing.


-Solid evidence in key account management or project management.


-Good team player.


-Proven performance in complicated business environment.


-Competent verbal and writing English skills.


-Computer literacy

Other Special Comments:


-Experience in dealing with contracting companies is not mandatory but is a plus.


-Experience in coatings related industry is not mandatory but is a plus.


-Marketing experience is not mandatory but is plus.
